Shipping and delivery

I ship twice a week from Hawai'i, USA, Tuesdays and Fridays. I try my best to get orders places to head out on the next available day, but please allow 3-4 business days to get it packed and shipped.

Everything is insured in case it is lost or damaged, but returned packages will need postage to be re-paid, and who covers that depends on why it was returned. But usually, I will try to help cover some of it.
